We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and this property was perfect for our group. We had more than enough space for privacy and gathering for meals and cards. If we come back to the area, I would certainly stay at this property.

Beautiful home in Sea Pines

Beautiful home located in a wonderful neighborhood.Overall had a wonderful time with little issues which were that the pool jets and spa weren't functioning, the back deck gets extremely hot with little to no shade in the patio area and a few stains on the sheet sets. Would come back and visit again though!

Overall we had a wonderful time! There were issues when checking in – we were given the wrong instructions / address to the house – but luckily it got cleared up fairly quickly. The pool was great for our kids to play in, and we loved watching movies each night in the comfortable living room! There was confusion about *how* exactly to get to the beach and I wish we had been given clearer instructions, but once we figured it out it was not too difficult. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Relaxing for the holiday.

We spent the few days before thanksgiving at this property and it was just what we needed. The property was cute and plenty of space for the 5 of us. I love the pace of Hilton Head. This house was cute and comfy. I used the sunroom to work in the afternoons which was a nice change from my basement office. We paid to heat the pool which was worth it. The pool was actually warm and my kids swam multiple times every day despite it being November.

Beautiful home

The home was perfect for us. I brought my son and his friends on vacation to make memories and it was a success. The house layout was perfect, comfortable and location was great for us. The master bed was extremely comfortable. My aunt worked from the sun room during the day. The master bathroom was spacious. The home was very clean. My only suggestion would be to have a laundry and dishwasher detergent packet for each day. We ate all our meals in and had to hand wash more than desirable for a vacation. We also ran out of trash bags. The neighbor behind is not friendly. I had 5 teenage boys in the pool at 8:30pm and he called the security officers on us. They said the boys were not being too loud, but they had to follow up. 2 nights later he was shining his flashlight at the boys again. I called security on him for harassment.

We look forward to staying again!

My family & I enjoyed this beautiful home for my 30th birthday. The location is perfect, neighborhood was quiet and a short bike ride to harbour town, salty dog cafe, and a ton of other beach spots. The pool was a little dirty after a big storm, but the pool guy was there to clean it first thing the next morning which was great! The only thing I would recommend is supplying some basics in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. Also, the home was a little low on bedding.. we didn’t have any bedding for the pull out couch. Overall, great stay and we will be back next year!

Best ever

We loved this house more than any other place we have ever stayed. Seriously didn't want to leave. We cheered our Chiefs team to a Superbowl win watching on the giant tv in the living room and cooking in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Might have even jumped in the pool to celebrate. Ha! We played card games and got some sun on the beautiful deck. We read everyday in the room off the master that we dubbed the reading room. Now i want one of those rooms! We enjoyed getting ready in the beautiful bathroom with natural light filtering in. And that shower was amazing. We were in the perfect spot for a Hilton Head vacation. I always try to stay in Sea Pines when we are there. Such a quiet beautiful location. We walked outside everyday and just enjoyed a thoroughly, much needed, relaxing vacation. We hope to be back very soon!

Comfortable and relaxing vacation

The house was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. It was nice and bright with many large windows. The house was clean and had plenty of dishes and cutlery. The only complaint was the cleaning company left no sponge to clean the dishes and uses the cheapest toilet paper, paper towels, and horrible hand soap. The pool looked a lot bigger in the photos but it was sufficient. Overall this property was amazing after I went shopping for toiletries!!

Wonderful property and management company! Our family enjoyed the private pool and the location was perfect - 8 min drive to Harbor Town, 8 mins to Coligny Plaza. Would highly recommend and we're looking forward to our next trip!

Great Place to Stay!

Loved staying here. The home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The location was perfect and close to everything! Only issue was that if you want the hot tub heated, you must also heat the pool to the same temperature - there is no divider. Not a big deal, but something to note.

This house was absolutely wonderful. Really beautiful, clean, very well equipped, very spacious! The master bedroom is amazing! Very close to beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything else you may want to do. The property management was so very kind and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!!! Loved it!!

As close to perfect as you will find

The pictures were inviting but the house was even nicer. Everything is top-notch -- high-end appliances, large bedrooms, luxury bath. House was spotless clean, paint was perfect, furniture was very comfortable. We have rented houses both inside and outside the US and this one was closer to perfect than all the others. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.
