The unit was very nice. Really enjoyed the view of the golf course and water plus the proximity to Habortown. On the downside, the management company required a photo id and selfie to be uploaded which was a frustrating process requiring multiple attempts. We've rented in Sea Pines for a number of years and all the other times we've recived the gate pass either in the mail ahead of time or waiting for us at the gate. In this case we dicoverved that it was was not included and had to be purchased. The road into the the unit was under construction which resulted in a power interruption one of the mornings. And Harbortown golf course was closed the entire time which would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Very nice property on the second floor with an elevator and a view of the water. Comfortable and spacious. Easy to access the apartment via stairs or elevator in the parking spot is right in front of the building. It is a very short walk to the Harbourtown shops, lighthouse and restaurants. Please note that you will have to get through through the gate first and pay for a parking pass and then drive to the building.
We absolutely loved this location and the layout of the condo. Perfect size for our family of 4 (including 2 young adult children). There was a wasp nest out on the balcony, and the maintenance crew arrived within an hour of our request to have it removed. Very impressive. If youâre looking for fireworks in 7/4 this balcony was directly in front of the barge where they shoot them off. Super close walk into the shops and restaurants in Harbor Town. We loved it and will be back!
