Unsere Philosophie ist es, dass Ihr Urlaubserlebnis rundum komfortabel und durchweg erstaunlich sein soll. Sauberkeit ist eines unserer Markenzeichen und wir nehmen Sauberkeit ernst.

Der 2414 Lighthouse Tennis Club ist im Herbst 2018 ganz neu - komplett neue Küche, Bäder, Fußböden, Elektronik und Möbel. Wir haben diese atemberaubende Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten gefüllt, die wir im Urlaub schätzen.

Das Dekor ist super stylisch mit einem Strand-Chic-Thema aus kühlen Neutralen und weichen, einladenden Oberflächen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht - oder auch nicht!

Jedes Schlafzimmer (1 King / 2 Twins) ist mit der besten Bettwäsche, die wir finden konnten, sowie einem großen Wandfernseher mit Digitalkabel und kostenlosem Netflix sowie einer großen Waschmaschine / Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit ausgestattet.

Die Liebe zum Detail zeigt sich in jeder Ecke dieses erhabenen Raums, der sich ideal für 1-4 Gäste eignet. Die Villa ist ein 2 1/2-stöckiges Penthouse. Kein Aufzug, aber wenn Sie einmal drinnen sind, werden Sie die gewölbte Decke und die fast panoramische Aussicht genießen.

ZAHLUNGEN: 50% fällig bei Buchung. Der Gesamtbetrag ist 60 Tage vor Anreise fällig. Langfristige Winterreservierungsbedingungen sind unterschiedlich - bitte erkundigen Sie sich.

STORNIERUNGEN: Stornierungen, die 90 Tage oder länger vor der Ankunft erfolgen, werden mit vollständiger Rückerstattung abzüglich 10% des bezahlten Betrags berechnet. Stornierungen 89-45 Tage vor Anreise verfallen 60% des gezahlten Betrages. Stornierungen 44 oder weniger Tage vor Anreise verfällt der Gesamtbetrag gezahlt. Reiseversicherung wird immer dringend empfohlen.

POOL: Blick auf den komplexen Pool von Ihrem Balkon. Dieser nicht beheizte Pool ist von April bis September geöffnet.

WIE FERN ZU STRANDEN: 8-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Sea Pines Beach Club.

ZUGANG ZUM BEACH CLUB / PARKEN Das Parken am Beach Club ist für alle Übernachtungsgäste von Labor Day bis Mitte März gestattet. Von Mitte März bis Ende Sommer bringen spezielle Beach Trolleys die Gäste von verschiedenen Parkplätzen innerhalb von Sea Pines zum Beach Club. Vollständige Details erhalten Sie zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Reservierung oder fragen Sie einfach nach weiteren Informationen. TAG NACH ARBEITSTAG IM MÄRZ KANN JEDER IM BEACH CLUB PARKEN.

Perfect Location and Well Stocked

The location was perfect for access to all the amenities of Sea Pines! The condo had everything we needed, so we didn't have to make a huge grocery run for all the items, like dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, zip lock baggies - you name it and it was there. We will be back.

Great Location & Property

This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above.

Very nice accomadations for 4 people. Nice view. Every bit of the space was utilized, not an overly spacious unit, but very functional. Though it was not a problem for us, this unit was on the third floor, steps the only option to the unit and that was not mentioned in the description of this condo. Too many pillows on the beds

Perfect Family Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sea Pines condo. Location was awesome. We walked with our kids in strollers to Harbour Town and Lawton Stables. Pool proximity was great for spontaneous swims and the view was great for a glass of wine at night. Room was spacious and clean. We did find one acetaminophen pill that did not belong to us on the bedroom floor just tucked out of sight but within reach of our crawling infant. We understand things like this can happen, but it’s scary and I’m glad I caught it. We would stay here again and can’t wait for our next trip back to HHI.

Great location and comfortable

This apartment was walking distance to a shopping center within sea pines where you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner. A short bike ride to beach and to harbor town where you can find more restaurants and shopping - and access to boating activities. Pool was very clean and a few steps from apartment. Inside the apartment was well maintained, and very clean. Fully stocked with everything you need for stay (including beach chairs towels and a few kids toys) and a welcome basket - lovely touch. Beds comfortable. It was really a great place. It’s on 3rd floor, no elevator, so those that have trouble with stairs may find it challenging. We Would stay here again - great size for my husband and I and 2 kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We migrated from 1 week in Florida to Hilton Head South Carolina, the 2nd week of February 2019. We have never been there before but many of Canadian friends have time shares there and vacation both during the winter and summer months.We met Beverley Serral a local real estate sales representative and owner of her own company who personally introduced us to the unit we were looking at. She was very pleasant to deal with, and the unit she was managing for the owners was spotless and fully equipped. Above all, it was pet friendly which was important as we had our 4 legged friend traveling with us. The unit was located in the Sea Pines which is a beautiful community which gated access which makes you comfortable. There are several eating establishements within Sea Pines and a host of other restaurants within a 10 minute commute outside of the grounds. To our amazement, the whole island the shape of a boot has been very well planned out with miles of bike tracks located off the main arteries are well used. The miles sandy beaches are pet friendly during certain times of the year and are beautiful to walk on. A number of sprting activities are predominent on the island, tennis and golf seem to be the primaries, with boating and fishing not far behind.

Summer Vacation

Photos of property looked the same as in person. Condo very clean, updated attire. Umbrella was bent and not usable for beach but did notify office of issue. They offered to bring new one out however we had already identified alternative options. Location very quiet. Close to harbor town and beach access on bike path. wonderful place.
