Through this centrally located villa’s double doors is an open floor plan with views of the verdant Heron Point golf course and lush Carolina landscape of palmettos and oaks.

Inviting complete relaxation, the living room offers comfortable seating including comfy sleeper sofa and loveseat, smart TV and DVD. The adjacent dining area has a dining room table which can expand to seat up to ten people, and from both rooms, sliding glass doors open to the outdoor patio with abundant seating.

With granite countertops, the kitchen is fully appointed and is open to the dining room. A nearby laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer.

Up the open staircase are three bedrooms. In a green tropical print, the master bedroom holds a swing king, flat screen smart TV and balcony overlooking the oaks, fairway and tee box. Its bathroom includes two separate vanities and a tub/shower combination.

Also with a golf course view, the nautically themed second bedroom holds twin beds, two closets, flat screen TV and a bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Weekend Trip

We had three couples in the condo for a weekend wedding and it was perfect! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The condo was clean and conveniently located. The owner was easy to work with!
