The location of the condo is great, but the photos are not current and the place needs updating. We felt cat-fished. I've stayed in this particular complex before, so I know there are much nicer units. There was NO blind or curtain on a very large window in the master bedroom (this meant NO privacy and lots of afternoon sun causing much higher temperatures in that room), the dishwasher did not work and it STANK badly, the toaster did not work and the entry door lock needs some work (it's tricky sometimes). The sad, worn couch was VERY uncomfortable and even beyond charity donation quality. We booked through VRBO, only to pay a higher rate for nothing and they routed everything back to Vacasa anyway. Vacasa customer service is obviously outsourced to another country at least part of the time, but they were unable to get anything accomplished. During our week-long stay, I called several times, only to be treated like they had never heard about the problems and told the same thing every time: "We'll reach out to our local ... blah blah blah." I would NEVER recommend Vacasa or VRBO due to the high fees and NON-existent customer service. We did without a dishwasher and toaster and had to put an extra sheet over the window for privacy. We paid a premium rate for a poor quality unit. The owner is either not aware of the problems, or they are just collecting your money and don't care what you have to deal with. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
