Diese absolut fabelhafte 3 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder Stadthaus Villa wurde gerade durch eine komplette Renovierung einschließlich aller neuen Fußböden, neue Bäder, neue Küche, neue Türen und alle neuen Pottery Barn Möbel. In einer sehr ruhigen und friedlichen Umgebung bietet es einen herrlichen Blick auf den Robert Trent Jones Golfplatz. Der neue Wohnbereich verfügt über schöne Holzböden und die Möbel sind bequem und anspruchsvoll zugleich. Der Essbereich ist neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Platz für 6 Personen und die gleiche schöne Aussicht mit Schieberegler auf einer Seite Deck beim Essen. Beyond ist die unglaubliche neue Küche mit 2 Barhockern in der Granit überdachten Frühstücksbar und neuen Edelstahlgeräten. Praktischerweise ist die komplette Waschmaschine und Trockner Schrank aus diesem Bereich. Vom gefliesten Eingangsbereich ist das Master-King-Schlafzimmer mit Wandleuchten umrahmt das Bett und ein Karamell Lederstuhl zusammen mit einem Flachbild-TV mit integriertem DVD-Player bieten allen Komfort, den Sie brauchen. Es gibt Sliders auf dem Achterdeck, die den großen Blick auf den Golfplatz und ein eigenes Vollbad enthalten. Die Landung umfasst einen Schreibtisch und einen Monitor. Das erste Gästezimmer verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten, Schieberegler zu einer anderen kleinen privaten Terrasse und einen Flachbild-TV. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Vollbad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelbett. Zusammen mit einem Schmiedeeisen Daybed und Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player, gibt es Schieberegler noch eine weitere kleine private Terrasse und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill auf der privaten Terrasse für zusätzlichen Genuss.

Love Palmetto Dunes but the house was not well cleaned

The housekeeping staff did not do a good job cleaning. There was a cup under a chair, empty beer bottle in a drawer, trash around the trash cans which were overflowing and trash by the front porch and back deck. The shower curtain liner in master bath had mold and there was no liner in one of the bathrooms upstairs. The king size mattress had a large stain that could be seen through the sheets and there was no mattress cover. The rental company did bring us a mattress pad and two shower curtain liners . They also offered to move us to a new place. We decided to stay put and they gave us a gift card to equal the housekeeping fee. Positives- The pool was great and the beach was a short bike ride away. The overall furniture and decor of the villa were nice (except for the cheap flooring in the living room that had a large gap in it). A little extra attention and TLC and this place would have a 5/5 rating.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is not as upscale as photos will lead to believe. You can find similar properties from other rental companies or VRBO much cheaper. Door from laundry area does not close, noise from washer and dryer disrupts any conversation or TV/Movie watching. Master BR AC went out during trip and upstairs rooms are very warm. Palmetto Dunes did not inform us that AC company was returning for a second day and they arrived without our knowledge. Recommend searching other websites before settling on this unit as it is significantly overpriced compared to comparable 3BR properties in Water Oaks.

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head

Property was clean and met all of our expectations. We took a break from the beach and enjoyed lunch at the Dunes House. Service and food was excellent. Most mornings we walked to the general store for coffee and a quick bite to eat before heading to the beach. Our condo was about a 7 min walk to the beach. The pool was never crowded and many times we were the only ones there. We took a crabbing boat in Shelter Cove, Captain Kidd, crew was great and a fun time for all. Also, loved seeing Shannon Tanner in Shelter Cove.

With 4 women that created a problem. The front desk was not available at 7:00 pm when they printed 8:00 pm as the closing date. We were able (through calling several numbers) to finally find someone in housekeeping that brought us a couple of working dryers right away.

Biggest complaint was check in process. We had to wait over 2 hours to check in. In addition, we were unable to use the amenities that the welcome email said would be available. Condo was in good shape except a few small issues (garbage can holder broken, grill dirty and no brush, patio dirty and covered in bird poop, etc). Using the shuttles to the beach was a nice perk.

Enjoyable visit

The onkg thing that I would recommend fixing -curtains in most rooms don’t cover the complete windows, especially in one of the upstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much.
