I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby places. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For the price point we weren't expecting luxury, but we did expect the basics. The room was not clean. The top sheet on the bed was dirty. Dark hairs were on it and on the bed sheets. While the sheets smelled like they had been washed, they were obviously old and had dirty stains on them. The room was overall in disrepair with large marks on the wall, rusted metal, water damage, wires sticking out of the wall, and a broken lock on the door. There was hair and dirt on the floors, especially in the corners. The heater was completely off and the fridge was unplugged (perhaps to save some money?). The room was NINE degrees when we entered (-12 outside) and it took 2-3 hours before a normal temperature was reached. We went to bed with hoodies on to be warm enough. When we opened the fridge door, water poured out on to the floor because the small freezer had thawed. The breakfast was much smaller than you would expect based on comparable hotels/motels we have stayed at, so we skipped it and went to McDonald's instead.

Rooms definitely need to be upgraded, the doors don't seal and are very drafty. The extra lock for door was broken and unusable. Had to go in 3 times just to get checked in because worker had gone to get food and other shopping while supposed to be at work. Not sure who the person was watching the desk but they were not very available when I got there. Absolutely would not pay full price to stay here.

The wifi didn’t work, the shower only had ice cold water and they didn’t provide toilet paper. When trying to get help from the front desk the manager just left the building instead of helping me leaving me standing there for 20 minutes. Very unhelpful and unapologetic.
