Clean, comfortable room in a local area. Met my needs at a right price. Rooms are small es expected for this price range. I would have liked regular black tea as well as the Japanese tea. The rooms have refrigerators and hot water kettle. There is an onset as well.

全体として、とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。あえて何かつけるとしたら部屋についているお風呂が少し狭かったくらいでしょうか。広くて気持ち良い大浴場があったので、そちらを利用しました。ベッド、お部屋は二人で泊まるには十分広かったです。掃除も行き届いていました。wifiもホテルのモノとしては申し分なかったです。近くにローソンもあったので、そこで必要なものを補充できました。値段相応の価値があったと思います。

Intuitive spacious rooms compared to tokyo or osaka. Only 10min walk to good food, shopping and peace memorial park. Best of all, staff is kind and patient - made an error on my end on booking dates but accommodated me the day I arrived

The man at front desk was wonderful. All front desk staff seemed lovely. Breakfast was really very good. Wish signs in onsen had english. Or like a book in the front change room area with english/other languages for signs/warnings inside. Phone in onsen would be rude/weird. So I have no way to translate signs or warnings.

Great stay to explore Hiroshima. Hotel was clean and had all amenities needed. Staff friendly and approachable. Check in easy. Breakfast was really lovely - a mixture of options and friendly service too. Short walk to the museum and peace gardens and plenty of nearby busses/trams to other tourist spots locally - really recommend taking a trip to Miyajima island if you can fit it in

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help in anyway they could. It was close to the Peace Park and lots of shopping and restaurants. The room and hotel were very clean and the breakfast was incredible with lots of choices. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

The location was very good. However, we requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room even though our reservation was made months in advance. The bathroom was too small to use the shower comfortably for me (although I am above average height I am not super tall). The shower was both short and narrow like a very small camper. The breakfast and service at the breakfast was very good. However, even with the good service I would not stay here again given the multitude of other hotels I saw in the area unless I could not find other options for the price.
