The living room has a cozy sofa corner, a fireplace, and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, WC, and laundry facilities.



On the generous terrace, there are seating areas, barbecue facilities, and views of the beautiful coastal landscape. The proximity to the sea makes it easy to take a dip from the child-friendly rocks or jump in from the diving board at the nearby beach, just a short walk away.

• A deposit of 3500 SEK is mandatory and must be paid on arrival day. The deposit will be refunded approximately one week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.

• Final cleaning is not included but can be booked for 2000 SEK.

• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.

• No smoking allowed.
