The hotel is near to Ben Thanh market which is very convenient. However, the room smells urine all the time. Since we stayed there only a day and a half, we didn't care to make a complain but never stay there again. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast is small and not much of options. for the price that we paid, we would rather stay at a bigger hotel. this is more a motel.

The Hotel Staff are Amazing

A&EM Saigon Hotel provided great respite in a wonderful but busy city. The hotel staff were caring, knowledgeable, and personable. The staff make the experience exceptional.

Great location

We had a VIP room which unfortunately was straight above the bar, so was noisy most nights until 2am. The wall in our toilet had poo splatter from a prior stay, so needs a good clean. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was lovely, good variety of food. Pool was very welcoming during the 30°+ days.
