The receptionist was terrible. We booked our room with her around three witness, but somehow she didn’t put in the system. Then she told we didn’t book the room so we have to leave for another hotel. She is horrible, impolite, and unprofessional.

Excellent location!! Close to all the attractions. The lad at the smoothie bar was outstanding!!! The reason for some of the lower scores is cleaning of the room was superficial with remnants still present. Buffer was extensively geared towards pork products. Had notified hotel prior about sensitivity around pork products. kudos for addressing to water leak which the following day. Telephone would not work so you had to walk to front desk with inquiries. Location was fantastic.

The rooms probably needed a fresh coat of paint, and the shower curtain in the room needed to be switched out. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the bartenders down in the lobby!
