The Caravelle Saigon is a lovely Hotel. We asked for a late check out as our flight back to Sydney was late evening and although the hotel was fully booked out the staff gave us an option to stay in a different room with no extra charge to accommodate our request, which reflects good customer service. The hotel itself is modern and due to its location..right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh, was extremely busy throughout our stay there. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and provide stunning views of the city. Its located just steps away from the Opera House and within walking distance of many of the city’s highlights. The dining options were excellent, from the buffet to the rooftop bar with its breathtaking skyline views. Great Hotel and would definitely recommend *****

The property was in a good location and was clean. I stayed for 2 nights, with one day outside of my room the entire day and into the early evening hours, so I didn't "experience" the hotel. I left a few pieces of jewelry in my room and contacted them but was told my jewelery was not found. I can replace the jewelry, but the integrity of the staff is dishonest. Definitely a no return for me.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. (And I travel a lot). Staff are exceptionally well trained. Food choices are superior - the seafood buffet is spectacular.

Considering the cost and it being a 5* hotel it didn’t come up to standard. Breakfast was not of a high standard - omelettes poor, no good fruit juice etc. staff were good however - I was unwell 1 day and they gave me excellent support.
