1. the owner of the apartment requested me to move to a different room due to an “air conditioner issue”, which was an obvious lie, because he asked other friends of mine (who booked other separate apartments in the same residence) to change room for exactly the same reason. I had to spend a lot of energy and time discussing with him about this unreasonable request 2. A friend of mine, who booked a separate apartment in the same residence, could not complete check-in, because the owner didn’t share any details to him about check-in process and ignored all his messages on whatsapp. The owner also ignored all calls and whatsapp messages from me after this issue 3. I had to host my friend in my own apartment, otherwise he would need to sleep on the street…
