Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. I had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table, but I was on the ground floor next to the driveway so there were cars and people going past so I didn’t use it. There is parking on site but it can be a tight fit with larger vehicles like the one I had. Salamanca Place is just around the corner so it’s a great area.

Spectacular location. Free onsite parking. Room was extremely clean and all furniture was brand new and very modern. Great coffee machine in room and spare towels!!!! Room was quiet, however the aircon unit died half way through the night, the lady at checkout was SO apologetic about it and was getting it sorted. The reception, bar, restaurant areas are extremely beautiful, the decor in the public areas are just stunning. Next time we will upgrade our room as we only booked last minute so didn’t have many options of rooms, we were on the ground floor, so didn’t get much light. On a whole, it was a good stay, and yes we will return

Lenna is the most beautiful place to stay. Boutique style in the heart of historical Battery Point/Salamanca. Lovely rooms with fresh air, spotless, spacious & comfortable. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Free parking is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Sadly a beautiful property in disrepair. Nice room but an air conditioner that randomly made flushing water noises throughout the night in spite of being turned off. A temporary heater provided to compensate for the non functioning heating could only be plugged in behind the bed.. Reception was not interested - fill in a maintenance form and I’ll pass it on So disappointed, our previous experience has been good

Air conditioner not working but we were given a heater. The room and bed were good. Main problem was the bathroom with a cracked toilet bowl, loose seat and loose tap over the basin.
