This home is amazing. Out of all our stays in rental homes this was the cleanest of them all. Kudos to those for the great job. Home beautiful and great for a family vacation. Location is great for an easy beach walk, and close to restaurants. You can tell the property owner cares. House is stocked with pots/pans (we always bring our own), linens provided. We had a really nice stay here I am glad we chose this home. Awesome home.

Fantastic location, two house back from the beach but only a very short and convenient walk to the beach via a lovely boardwalk connected to the house itself. Lovely views of the ocean from the interior and all of the decks. Really superior location to oceanfront bc you don’t have the nasty saltwater film on the windows that obscures views. The home was well stocked in so many ways. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, games, soap and cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, games, movies, boogie boards, the list goes on. We chose this house for the location and the family room (not to mention all of the great reviews). The sofas and seating in the family room were ideal for big families to hang out after a long day on the beach. So comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. The beds were all quite comfortable which is such a big deal for us. Again, plenty of bed pillows too. Beth & Ken were a joy to interact with. Quick to respond with recommendations, assistance, etc. the kitchen, living, dining and primary bedroom are on the 3rd floor and remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Fyi, Property may not be ideal for people with physical disabilities/limitations who have trouble navigating stairs. Many of the rentals in the area have a similar layout with living areas on 3rd floor and bedrms on 2nd level. Surf City was the perfect beach getaway. Plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend this home and owner! A

Property was perfect for our family. A couple of suggestions would be to replace the shower curtain liner in hall bath and to be able to cool the middle floor better. Those that stayed on the second floor slept hot most nights.

Home is very close to the beach which is beautiful and so is the ocean water. We were disappointed that the private boardwalk of the house connects into a common boardwalk that had a lot of traffic. That and the complex on the other side of the fence resulted in a busy beach area at our access. We had to walk quite a ways down the beach to set up and not feel like people were on top of us. The house was very nice for the price. Some in our group have stayed at nicer but paid more and not as close to the beach. Weather was great. Most restaurants and ice cream were below average, one place that impressed us was Sears Landing. Crab fritters are a must have! Decent breakfast too. If you have teenagers who aren’t into the beach there is not much around to keep them entertained.

Wonderful Home

We had a fantastic week at this beach house. The house is beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. Linen and towels are included as well as several beach chairs. An easy walk to and from the beach and a great view for a second row home.. The owners are very responsive and couldn't be more helpful. I would highly recommend this home for pet and non pet owners.

Fantastic Time At The Coast!

Nauti Surf Shack fires on all levels - open floor plan, beautiful views from all decks, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. Love that it's located a short walk from the beach and at the end of a quiet street. Also, the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. No complaints about anything. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always clean, well maintained, adequately equipped with anything you could need. Awesome beach house

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The house is awesome. It is tastefully decorated. There are ocean views from window. This house is stocked with everything tou could think of and some you never thought of. The host were great to communicate with. The walk to the beach is very easy. I would very highly recommend this hoyse.

As always, Ken and Beth's home is simply the best! We've stayed at many on the island, and Nauti Surf Shack is top shelf! It's well appointed, clean, and stocked; and you just can't beat the location. Truly close to everything. Thanks for another great Surf City vacation--we'll be back again soon!

Perfect stay again!

Family time together

Our three households enjoyed a week away from hectic schedules and this was a great place to do that. Ken was great to work with. Easy walk to beach. Loved decks. The only recommendation is a fan in bunk bedroom, it was a bit warm. The home met our needs, we would stay there again. .

Family fun at the beach

Plenty of room for nine of us, adults and kids. Very comfortable and clean home with easy beach access. The covered carport and outdoor shower was a plus too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Beach House

We stayed in this home 2 years in a row - perfect location and has everything you can ask for in a beach retreat. All the beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked with essentials, proximity to ocean is excellent, they allow our sweet dog to join in the fun, etc. You will love your stay here - 10/10!
