This was a great deal but property is for sale and seems somewhat unkempt grounds and has issues with dripping air conditioning and things. Lots of great looking remodeled elements but still in need of some TLC from age.

The residence was very satisfactory! There's not much to Topsail Beach but the residence was a very nice house in which to spend a few days.

Great place for a long weekend getaway

This property was great for us. It is very basic, but had everything we needed. Would be good for families with small children as it is very open and all on one level. Easy and close beach access was great!

It was ok. The keypad lock never did work— I got a hold of the property owner and communication was poor to fair getting that looked at, and it never was fixed. We had to use a lock box with a rusty mechanism to get a key to get in and out each time. The oven doesn’t work, we discovered. The TV volume ramps up startlingly at each commercial break for some reason. There’s a broken towel rod in the bathroom and the main bedroom door is difficult to operate. But! We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach, and it was nice and clean with very easy parking.

Okay

This property has fabulous potential. Close to the beach and pretty. However, lots of things didn't work (oven, toaster, toaster oven, door lock). The owner started to communicate, but never followed through. We only had 2 rolls of to for 5 women for 5 days, and zero paper towels. There were also only 4 bath towels & wash rags for 5 guests. Plenty of potential, but definitely needs simple work.

We had no workable oven, which was necessary for the groceries we had, however, we FINALLY got a toaster oven. The dishes were not clean in the drawers, so please wash before use. 1:30 checking in upstairs guests were loud, causing downstairs neighbor to have a cursing fit, and myself to ask both sets of guests to quiet to settle so we could sleep.

Let’s go to the beach!

Location, location, location!!!!! Beach access in less than 5 minutes
literally across the street. Very cute decor and a great space for a small family. (4 or less) WiFi is really scetchy making it very hard to watch TV or do anything online
even just to check in. Made for a nice excuse for a vacation!!! lol Walls are paper thin and we had loud teen spring breakers for one night until 2am. They left the next day and it was so nice the rest of the week with no neighbors.

It seemed like no one had been there in a while, musty smell- it did dispel after about 24 hours but it was off putting. The kitchen lacked some basic tools: no corkscrew, can opener. No hair dryer. Also the freezer smelled like fish. Overall it was fine but could be improved with a little effort.

Nice but


This place was really nice and clean. My only complaint would be that the people up stairs running or walking across the floor was really loud and annoying, especially when they were up at 6 am. Also there were a few water bugs in the kitchen at night.

Great little place and location

Great little two bedroom place. Very clean and owner/property manager had fast response times to my questions. Very short walk to beach access and only a 1/4 mile walk to the "hub" of that area. The size of the place was perfect for myself and my two adult daughters. Bonus was that everything you would need came with your stay. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a dish drain for after you wash your dishes. Will definitely book this place again. 10/10.

Short trip to the beach, less than two minutes!

Had a great time staying here, kitchen has all the appliances we needed, parking was abundant, and it’s very centralized! The beach and topsail are walkable and surf city is just a ten minute drive. Super convenient.

The grill in the back was pretty rusted but other than that it was an amazing stay enjoyed plenty of beach time fishing and rest. A nicely located quiet spot. Of haha ans apparently there was no can opener we could fine lol smalle thing that helped use get out and explore a few shops.

Great stay, great host!

This was our first trip to Topsail and I'm sure we'll be back. We had a great stay. The unit was well appointed and in a great location, super close to the beach. Listing is accurate and the hosts were great with communications pre- and during the stay.

Really good for the price

We really enjoyed this place! It wasn’t on the beach but it was such a short walk to public access. The ONLY thing about this place that i didn’t really like was the parking. These houses are apartments and they have I think 3 different apartments but there’s really only room for 3 cars so no other cars could park, but when we were there no one else was staying in the apartments so idk. But overall i really enjoyed this place and the costumer service was so good. I don’t remember the lady’s name i talked too but she was super super sweet. 100% recommend this place!
