Well we get there and the key pad is having trouble unlocking with the codes provided. Then we had no idea how the elevator worked other than keep both sets of doors closed on every floor or the elevator will not move. We continue to unpack and unload Friday night where we found out that the lower refrigerator was not plugged in , therefore not cold, plugged it in to find out that it doesn't cool at all and was not working. Then the pool guy came, and apparently the pool level had not been maintained or filled to make it function correctly., he then proceeded to tell someone in our group that we could not use the pool Friday night until he came back Saturday morning no reasoning why. I had to call Seascape properties and they had no idea who the pool service person was. They had to contact the owner and in which I called the private service they used and they told me they were not gonna send somebody out there at 8 o'clock on Memorial Day weekend to service the pool. They did tell me there was a crack or leak in the filter. I feel like these things should've been addressed before we even got in the house being the money that you pay to rent something this massive and nice . The pool guy ended up saying that the water level was low and he turned a small drip on to fill it. It would've never got filled if it continued to drip like it was there. We had to turn the water to a good flow to fill the pool ourselves. The owners we not responsive in helping us. Disappointing
