Immaculate property!

Our place was clean and contained everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. If the owner of Rum Dog would subscribe to basic cable TV however, that would be our only suggestion for improvement. See you next year!

The property's charm and cozy atmosphere were exceptional. To enhance the guest experience, we suggest considering the addition of a small pool or jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after a day at the beach. The location is excellent. We will definitely return even without a pool.

Lovely place!

It was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. There was a cute deck with lighting and a nice table to entertain guests outside. Very private. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was awesome, just one block from the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

Sometimes when you rent a property, it really doesn't quite look the same as the pictures. Rum Dog was spot on! It was nice to stay a week in a clean, well maintained property just a short walk to a beautiful beach!

Excellent Stay!

This was our first time at AMI and we have already begun planning our next visit! The wonderful rental was icing on the cake. Everything you need for your vacation is there! The home was super clean upon arrival, the beds were comfy, and the A/C was cold! What more do you need? Sea Breeze was great to work with and promptly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Sea Breeze and the Rum Dog property to anyone visiting AMI!

Great Location

We loved our stay at Rum Dog! It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to Holmes beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable. The showers were nice. There were plenty of towels and blankets. We loved sitting outside to eat all of our meals. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Rum Dog was the perfect size for our family of three. We look forward to staying here again.

Excellent Stay!

Rum Dog is an excellent location from the beach and a trolley stop. (Just across the street) The accommodations were great! The only thing I would add is a window covering for the kitchen door for privacy as it gives view into living room which has a pull out bed. I made the suggestion to SeaBreeze. The bedrooms are great sizes along with the bathrooms. The outdoor shower is great and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a wagon to carry all of them in! The place was clean and there were 3 doors to get in and out of the property and plenty of parking. I have not been disappointed with staying at any of SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals. Looking forward to my next vacation.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in StrandnÀhe!

Wir haben uns im Rum Dog extrem wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Objekt ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch sehr gut ausgetsattet, incl. vieler Strandutensilien! Das einzige was und gefĂ€llt hat, waren bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten fĂŒr draussen fĂŒr mehr als 2 Personen (z.B. Lounge Möbel)!

Clean and cozy

Rum Dog was welcoming and clean, and surprisingly larger than the pictures show. It is stocked with any appliance or dish you would need. The patio made the perfect place to enjoy dinner outside, and the clean outdoor shower is the perfect way to finish your day at the beach (only a short walk away). I would definitely stay again.

Best location

I wanted a house without a pool but super close to the beach, this hit all the marks. Super short walk to the beach, very comfortable & cute home. Our week went by too quickly.

Absolutely charming!

This GEM located directly across the street from the beach is absolutely charming! The clean décor makes this space comfortable and unpretentious yet the perfect cozy getaway not to mention spotless! Amply supplied with all of your cooking and beach accessories. Includes beautiful al fresco dining with a gas grill perfect for a family cookout. Location is close to excellent restaurants and public transportation. We will definitely be back time and time again! If you love AMI you will love Rum Dog just as much!

Wonderful for a couple. Great yard fir small dog.

This was a ‘tiny house’ but for two it was perfect. The decorating was beautiful and comfy. The outdoor area was very spacious and arranged for eating, lounging, reading. Would add hammock. Only reason not a perfect 5 was all the construction-was very noisy all day.
