The design extends to practicality- the lower ground floor has a large covered seating area, perfect for drying wetsuits and sailing gear before planning the next day around the table. This space extends into the house where you can shower off before warming up in the sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the cold water plunge pool
Upstairs on the ground floor, you'll find three bedrooms (a family room with a double and a single bed and two twin bedrooms) and a family bathroom. The kitchen and living areas are on the first floor to make the most of the incredible sea views. This is fantastically sociable space, with kitchen, dining and slouching areas blending into one with the central fireplace at its centre.Doors lead out on to the balcony where the views of beach, boats, sunsets and stars are always changing.
There's a fourth bedroom on this floor as well- a king size room with a great ensuite shower room.
