The hotel itself was ok, the rooms were small and the cleaning happens only by request. Meaning you must request a clean before 10am the morning of. Its location is not the most convenient meaning it is a 20 minute walk to the closest MTR station. During my stay there were construction works taking place across the hall from my room meaning that I heard drilling and the corridor was dusty. The rooms also have very thin walls and I was able to hear full conversations of the people in the neighbouring rooms. Not the greatest hotel experience.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Check-in and check-out were really fast. The location of the hotel is really good, walkable and close to many local restaurants. It was my birthday during my stay and one night when I came back from a long day of walking, I found a bottle of red wine with a card wishing me a happy birthday, this sweet touch from the hotel made me feel special.

Food was great that was included in the breakfast buffet. Credit towards eco friendliness is a plus as it promotes caring for earth. Check in was disappointing as the front desk is difficult to comprehend. Luggage people and security were very helpful.

Property was OK. Prefer property to supply couple bottles of drinking water each day rather than requiring purchase via vending machine. Very happy they provided shuttle service to HK Rugby Sevens. Prefer they also provide return service.

This hotel is small and doesn’t have ATM. Have nothing around - needed to go to the center. Good thing on this hotel are the property is nicely renovated, room cleaning is perfect, fine Chinese style breakfast and cosy bed.

Overall is ok

Rooms that are renovated already (lower level) is ok but my sister booked higher level (3 beds) and it is outdated and carpet smells musty. Breakfast variety is ok but not much changes for 5 days so get a bit boring. Service overall is good from front office staff and comcierge. They tried to assist us as much as possible but service from housekeeping and restaurant for breakfast needs improvement. First time ever in hotel when asked for extra pillow, staff give me one without pillow sheet and when she saw my face, she put on the sheet in front of me. Good thing is the shuttle bus provided.
