Celebrated my wedding anniversary at the hotel and they were so lovely to set up a nice amenities table for my hubby and me. My daughter left her favourite soft toy upon check out and they are so kind to keep it aside for us as well and assist to help me send it back! Superb customer service! The hotel location is great! Opposite is victoria park where i went for a nice cooling run and next to the hotel there is a 24hrs supermarket as well. Very strategic location surrounded by shopping mall. The skye bar is worth the visit! Staff were meticulous

The room was clean, bed was a bit hard for our liking. The overall accommodation and amenities were nice but I expected more for the price charged for the accommodation. We were travelling with another set of friends who booked their accommodation directly with the hotel - they were upgraded. Dispute having platinum status with Expedia there were no peaks offer to us, a bit disappointing

The room was nice and clean, nothing triggered my allergies. There was a tap for filtered drinking water which I liked. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The only issue I had which is still a big issue were the beds. They were not sunken, tilted to one side, or broken anymore but still extremely uncomfortable, like lying on a slab of rock. The pillows were of no help either, also uncomfortable. Woke up with back and neck pain. If the beds could be improved, this hotel would instantly be 5 stars for me but until then it's just 3 stars.
