Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was fantastic. Only issue was a lot of noise on both sides of the apartment with crying babies and huge groups gathering every day for a week and they were exceptionally loud.

perfect location

Pros: restaurants, shopping, cafes, beaches are all close by within 3-7min walks! Condo had beach chairs towels all amenities available. Best part is the balcony overlooking the beach and park Cons: Neighbors can get loud in the late evening and thru the night. From next door or from other surrounding vacation properties. You have to pay for parking and is not always guaranteed. Need to include parking along with your reservation in advance

Hawaiian getaway

My friends and I had the best time!! Check in was easy and the property manager was super friendly! We rented a car so we were able to get a parking pass and parking is just across the street. Very accommodating. The view from the condo was better than expected and very clean! Loved waking up to the view of the ocean! The location is perfect and walking distance from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We also loved that there was food and açaí bowls available and a gift shop just downstairs in our building. Loved getting a fresh açaí bowl every day. Having laundry and a kitchen was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

Waikiki home base!

This property checked ALL of our boxes! It was conveniently located steps away from downtown, tastefully decorated exactly as shown in the pictures. This place was immaculately clean, our property manager Paul was professional, friendly and readily available. We had one lightbulb that needed to be replaced and I would’ve done it myself, but we were so busy having fun outside we barely noticed. This was one of our favorite stays! I was traveling with my two adult sons ages 18 and 20. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a beautiful vacation.

Great condo in Waikiki

This is a clean and well maintained property with a wonderful location. Steps to the beach and the Waikiki strip. The condo was fully stocked and had everything we needed (except pepper and there was only two packs of sugar for a 5 night stay). The AC worked great. The only thing I didn't like was the showerhead. The water pressure was so high and the showerhead only had one setting that it actually hurt on my skin. Felt like tiny razor blades. But it did make me shower fast!

Waikiki condo review

Room was just as advertised. Beautiful location good for couples and families. Check in process was smooth, and we enjoyed our stay. The amenities like chairs and umbrella were really nice additive that saved us money as well.

STOP! This Property is Amazing

I have to admit, i was a bit skeptical renting this place... but after spending a week here... i would now have to say that Captain Cook Resorts has set the bar very high and i would consider any of their properties before booking ANYWHERE they have rentals. Check in: There was no waiting at a counter for someone to check us in. Just a very nice and accommodating property manager that met us at the front. He seemed to be on site very frequently and within 5 min, we were directed and parked in the structure, and standing on the balcony of a simply fabulous condo. spend the extra few bucks for the onsite parking it's worth it... The room was immaculate and clean. The balcony doors open wide and the wind sweeps through... it's on the third floor so no one can just walk up. leaving the doors open to fall asleep to the crashing of the waves... amazing. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware, plates... and everything you need to save money and not eat out every night. There is a security guard posted at the bottom floor that keeps an eye on the place all night and the key fob won't allow you to take the elevator to any floor other than your own. The door lock is a code that is texted to you once you arrive. Plenty of Towels, the beach chairs that came with the place, made the sunset that much better. Yea... book early because i will be staying here again! if i inadvertently book the dates you want, I'm sorry but I'm only saying that to make you feel better.

Wonderful location, responsive & friendly service

Stunning location, right on the beach. Perfect for a laid-back, working vacation. Reliable wifi! On the third floor, this one-bedroom was suitable for three. View from west-facing lanai were the tops of palm trees, the ocean, and Derussy Park - looks better than on website. We realized only the day before arriving that we needed to check in early - Cheri of Captain Cook Resorts and property manager Paul Tucker were great and our last moment's notice was accommodated. Easy check-in with Paul and he was responsive when we needed him for something else during our stay. Nice kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, microwave. Nice bathroom - good sized shower. Clean. Comfortable bed. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach tent, included. The lobby is being renovated and there's noise from the construction but that never bothered us. Each morning people congregate in front of Waikiki Shore to watch the sunrise - from there you have a panoramic view of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head. Steak Shack and Banan (banana ice cream) are on ground floor. Monkey Pod restaurant is a ten second stroll on the beach, next door. There many restaurants and bars minutes away. We've previously stayed at five different hotels in Honolulu and this was our first Vrbo stay. What a spectacular find! Hope to return soon!
