Waikiki is a famous Honolulu neighborhood on Oahu's south shore, blending urban energy with a classic Hawaiian beach experience. Its iconic beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. The area is a hub for water activities, shopping on Kalakaua Avenue and at major centers like the International Market Place, and dining. Great public transportation in the neighborhood. Taxi stand at the corner. Car rental offices close by.
Beginning October 27, 2025, the building will undergo an exterior renovation project (concrete repair and painting) lasting approximately 6–12 months. Work will occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and guests should expect daytime noise, dust. At this point, the construction on this side of the building has been completed but you may still experience noise. The Pool will be closed during the renovation project. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
Please note that since we are at the center of it all, there is potential for noise. Urban noises such as traffic, ambulances, and music from restaurants can be heard.
