With newly installed vinyl wood flooring, tiled kitchen, bathroom and lanai! The condo can comfortably sleep 4, with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully furnished and stocked with cookware and utensils for you to enjoy the comforts of home while on vacation. Gaze toward the glittering blue waters & white sandy beaches. You'll have the best seat to be entertained by the Friday night fireworks off the lagoon. Cable TV & FREE high speed internet access with password protected WIFI. Beach access? The walkway ramp from the Ilikai lobby leads directly to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon & the famous Waikiki beach! You'll be on the beach and in the sand in minutes!

***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from late September - December 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.

When you book directly with us, you can rest assured knowing we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Our condos are individually owned. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, occasional construction or maintenance may occur and are outside the owner's control. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience minimal disruption, as many spend their days exploring Oahu.
