The room was wonderful, and the housekeeping staff truly went above and beyond — they were amazing! Unfortunately, I did have a negative experience with one of the front desk receptionists. I needed to park my car for less than an hour, and the valet attendant told me it would be $3. I received a ticket and went inside to have it activated, but the receptionist told me it would instead be $18.
When I politely explained what I had been told, she responded with a rude attitude and insisted on a different policy stating that I would need to spend $15 at the bar plus the $3 fee. Even though I remained calm and friendly, she continued rolling her eyes, speaking dismissively, and showing unprofessional behavior. I’m unsure of her name, but she had bangs, short hair, and was plus-sized.
Every other Hilton staff member I interacted with was fantastic — especially housekeeping — but this particular employee’s behavior was extremely disappointing and should be addressed.
