This place kinda sucks. I booked this hotel because of the raving reviews, but this was a let down. Expect to wait at least 5 minutes to get on an elevator to and from your room. Long lines to get to elevator during peak times. The AC in our room was not working. Relatively cheaper room compared to nicer hotels in the area, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I asked for a room with a ocean view for my 65 birthday when I booked and was extremely disappointed as what I received was a sliver of an ocean view, the pictures were nothing of what I got and when I spoke to the front desk they didn’t even care, and was told oh well you did your scheduling through a 3rd party no one told you to do that, I was so disappointed and sadden since it was my birthday trip. My daughter and son in law came to visit me one day at my room and were so surprised to what they witnessed and felt bad for me and told me to complain but said staff don’t care as I had already along with being toId I Ended up having to pay destination charge on top of parking charge which was not included when I have back issues and can’t walk very far and had to push for them to allow me to park in their garage where I had to pay another $55 a day when I had called to confirm that it was included and told no but the gentleman told me he would due to my health condition but it wasn’t entertain and I trusted it would be, I ended up having to pay $330 for my parking on top of the a destination fee, so with that said I as a bit disappointed in my stay there and wouldn’t recommend it or prepare others before hand. The staff took my personal property during cleaning service and never mentioned sorry. I called 3 times and they found that in the storage. I don’t know why they took away personal property without asking. The staff at the front desk was so rude when I let him know that no one came to clean the room. And they provided a frozen packaged sandwiches and no fresh fruit in the breakfast. They used a conference room for breakfast and the customers need to share a big table while having a breakfast.
