False advertisement!!!

No problem with the hotel, the problem was with Hotels.com by giving us false pictures of what our room would look like!!! The hotel could not honor the picture as that's not the room they had for a double room! Hotels.com showed a bigger room and its not! False advertisement from Hotels.com to get you to book the room, making you think yhat its a good deal!!!

The room that hotels.com shows is not the same room that is given to guests. If you book at hotels.com and get a standard room you are put in their economy room that is small. The property is clean and newly renovated which is a bonus but very deceiving by hotels.com which is too bad.

The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the beach which was very convenient. We had many food options nearby! The lobby was really nice. They offer late check out for a $25 fee per hour and have a hospitality suite you can use if you have a late flight. The parking was $50 plus taxes per night which was very easy to access and park at. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a queen bed room on the 12th floor with a city view. We couldn’t see the ocean from our view. The gym was small but had all the necessities to get a work out in. The pool was on the lobby floor and the building gave it shade the whole time. I really liked the convenience of where the hotel was located, you’re close to everything!

The renovations are beautiful everything is brand new .The bedroom is spacious but the shower is very small.The bed is very comfortable.It is in a very busy part of Waikīkī so you hear the noise from the street.The staff are very friendly and helpful.I would stay here again.
