The room and bathroom desperately need deep cleaning, fresh paint, new drapes (there are holes in them), carpet, new towels (the towels are worn and in some cases tattered),the shower was broken- they weren’t able (?) to fix it, the bathroom tile grout is stained, the shower seat has mildew growing on it, the deck railing needs to be painted, the deck surface is stained and needs to be deep cleaned and painted. We weren’t ably to figure out why we had to pay a $50 per day resort fee. It’s just a hotel that hasn’t been maintained. Too bad. It’s a great location. Staff was fine.

The staff were exceptional! Inviting and accommodating. Love how they greeted you and ask about your day. The room was clean and smelled nice and fresh. The hotel was clean easy to navigate. Lulus restaurant is in the second floor, fabulous food.

The location really was it for me, coz I have the view of the beach and the Diamondback. The staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and house keeping cleans every 2 days. There’s a complimentary Kona coffee every mornings, and Beach Bum sunblock in the lobby as well. Also, a complimentary free 3 items rental at Beach Candy. Overall, I would come back and stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to family and friends.
