The room was clean but very dated. The phone did not work and the air conditioner was noisy. The staff was polite and helpful. It was ok for a single night stay ahead of a cruise but would not call it a destination hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for seven days and were extremely pleased with the friendly staff, amenities, room size and hotel location. We stayed in a room with a balcony and absolutely loved it. The hotel is conveniently located near Waikiki beach, Ala Moana Mall and many other shopping areas. Just a 10 minute walk to Waikiki beach and 14 minute walk to Ala Moana Mall. We will definitely stay here on our next trip and highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
