Staff was courteous. Room was clean and stocked appropriately except I think there should have been liquid dish detergent. I had to buy it. My stay was uneventful. Mostly quiet at night. However, on my checkout day, they charged one of my credit cards AGAIN after having charged it when i checked in. As a consequence, I was stuck with both of my credit cards without any money to use for my last day of travel. I had to sit in the lobby of my hotel in Atlanta for almost 4 hours trying to find someone who could help. I was very sick with a sinus infection, very tired and very stressed. The day before, I had to say goodbye to my brother in Hawaii who has stage IV pancreatic cancer and doesn't have many more weeks to live. So, I was also very emotional from that difficult situation. It took three days for them to correct their error. In the meantime, I had barely $20.00 to get me from Atlanta to Greeneville, TN. I am very upset about this double charging. I will be calling the Manager. I expect some compensation as it cost me a lot more to get things done. FYI, my stay was January 19th to January 26
