This property could be a fantastic rental, but the amenities, lack of management, and need for maintenance make me question returning.1. Amenities - everything was extremely cheap and breaking/broken. From the polyester sheets, paper thin pillows, and broken blinds/screens - to the lack of glass wear (everything was plastic or disposable). At over 500/night youâd expect some of these amenities to be better than dollar store quality. They werenât.2. Maintenance - upon arrival the screen was popped out of the frame. I fixed it the best that I could and notified management. They responded that itâs tough to get help in the area. Nobody came to fix it. Then thereâs the deck and outdoor table⊠Both of these give you splinters just by looking at them. In fact, both of my kids did get splinters from them. Lastly, there were so many ANTS!! Anything you put on a kitchen counter got covered with ants almost immediately. Rather than contact a proper exterminator, the management company just down a bunch of ant motels that do nothing.3. Management/ cleaning crew - the first thing we noticed when we arrived was the overflowing garbage outside. With stern instructions that garbage must fit in the receptacle or garbage company wonât take it. Then there was the old mildew sponge. I think itâs pretty standard to swap out a new sponge for new guests. There were other issues that were brought up too. Only the grill was resolved. We felt local rep should have stopped bâŠ
