My wonderful anniversary

Yes, the hotel is about 2 mins walt to The Hoe with breathtaking view. Good simple breakfast that keeps me and husband full thru out the day. A wonderful wedding anniversary experience fr both of us.

Relaxing atmosphere

Very informativeinformative. beautiful location near huge Park. Bicycle not feet to children. Far from the city, Amsterdam. Not so comfort with bus..

Excellent séjour.

Cons: Une personne qui parle soit le français ou l'allemand
L'hôtel est bien, par contre il est très éloigné de tout et le Shuttle bus est une nécessité mais il coûte tous les jour 8 euro par personne pour aller jusqu'à l'aéroport depuis lequel il faut encore acheter des billet de train ou de bus.

Dear Anonymous, First of all my sincere apologies for not replying to your feedback earlier. Nevertheless thank you for sharing your experience at the Courtyard Amsterdam Airport through this review. Your are correct that inregards to the location of our hotel, we are not located in the citycenter of Amsterdam. On the other hand we do have a comfortable connection to Schiphol Airport from where you can take the train. Hotelli oli ihan hyvä muuten mutta ruokailut tosin yli kalliita siellä ja Papas rance oli myös pettymys. Siivoja ei ymmärtänyt 4pv:n loman aikana että toilet-tarvikkeet kuluu ja niitä piti pyydellä uusia, samoin kun pyyhkeitä ei ollut aluksi kaikille. Jäi paha maku, koimme tulleemme huijatuksi. Meiltä veloitettiin 50e käteistä pantiksi aamupalasta etukäteen 4hlö:ltä. Emme saanaaet kuittia vaikka pyysimme. Virkailija/harjoittelija sanoi ettemme tarvitse. Lähdön päällä summaa ei löytynyt laskusta hyvitettynä, kun sitä ihmettelimme. Ei muka tiedetty mikä se maksettu summa olisi voinut olla. Asiaa ei ehditty siinä setviä koska Shuttle bussi odotti ja oli kiire kentälle. Lupauksesta huolimatta emme saaneet sähköpostia asian tiimoilta vaikka hotellilta luvattiin selvittää asia.
