Bowman's Cabin - a private cabin in Hope, Alaska right on Bear Creek

Bowman's Cabin was once the dwelling unit for the previous owners, Kent and Melanie Bowman. It sits directly on Bear Creek itself. This 2-bedroom cabin features a small living and dining area, 2 queen-size beds, a full-size couch pullout bed, a twin-size love seat pull-out bed, and a roll-away cot. The cabin has a mini fridge and microwave, an electric heater and wood burning stove, and a cooling fan. This is a "dry" cabin with no indoor plumbing which has access to the shared Wash Hut for indoor showers, sinks, and toilets. Sleeps 8 maximum.

Dirty Skillet is our on-site restaurant, which is typically open 6 nights a week for dinner. Our coffee shop is generally open 7 days a week, and it is where you will check in when you arrive. All cabin guests have access to our 24-hour sauna.
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Chugach National Forest. The cabin includes amenities such as a fireplace and a balcony.

Beautiful cabin

While the cabins were simple and did not have kitchens or private bathrooms, the setting was so gorgeous with the mountain stream flowing by and the view of the mountains that it was a truly beautiful experience staying here. Thank you.
