I liked the feel and ambience of the hotel, however there are many issues. •Not worth the high cost of the room •Security around leaving the front door unlocked and all guests have to hand in keys when they leave so coming in at 10.30pm, reception and bar was empty and all room keys left on reception to be collected by anybody •Bed was very hard and the room was very light so did not sleep very well

I can’t believe at checkout they make you pay a service fee. A 5%service fee to check in/out? I already paid a 5% service fee on food and drink but way to check in? That’s a first for me and won’t be recommending. Discusting. Hotel below average in general.
