The hotel is amazing. The view, the staff, the breakfast. All very very great! I message the hotel for some enquiry and they reply quick and super polite and welcoming. That is super impressive for me! However, if I have to point it out, dinner is very poor although the ingredient are high quality. Overall, Highly recommended!

Lage ist wunderschön. Zimmer sind schön aber etwas eng beim Eingang. Sauna hatte keine Sanduhren, kein kaltwasserbecken. Das Essen hat noch verbesserungspotential. Preis leistung nicht ausgewogen.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, die aussicht ein Traum. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das essen war top. Leider kam das gefühl auf, das das Servicepersonal, äusserst freundlich, mit der gehobenen Küche ertwas überfordert war.

Das Seehotel liegt wie ein Dreimaster direkt im Hafen von Kastanienbaum ausserhalb von Luzern. Die Wünsche des Gastes werden von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Hotelteam ist bestens geschult und sehr freundlich. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und uns während des ganzen Aufenthaltes wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
