Horrendous.
My partner and I booked to stay here for one night, excited about a cute place on the lake — but the reality was awful. When we arrived at “suite” 7, we were hit with a strong smell of stale marijuana that made us feel sick. We opened both doors to air it out, but no alternative room was offered. One of the lights didn’t work, and the blind facing the parking area had large gaps, offering no privacy, so we hung towels over it. The rear sliding door barely locked and felt unsafe.
It was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned properly: an open shampoo bottle in the shower, food left on the stove, sticky bedside tables, and almost no toilet paper. The upstairs guests’ every movement and drawer opening could be heard through the ceiling. There were also questionable stains on the bed sheets.
The place was so dirty we couldn’t stay and ended up booking another hotel that night. The “suite” looked nothing like the photos when we booked. Overall, a huge disappointment — dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and misrepresented. Absolutely would not recommend this place; save your money and stay elsewhere.
