My hubby and I took a quick trip to Hot Springs and decided to stay here at The Hotel Hot Springs and the hotel was very nice. I was very disappointed at the cleanliness of the room, it seemed it had been cleaned a week before as there was dust everywhere, the windows had spider webs, and the shower seemed to have some moldy spots. With that being said, the stay was not bad, the room was spacious, and the look was beautiful, I just wish we could have had a cleaner room! This hotel is walking distance from the main strip, so I definitely recommend if you want to walk and explore.

The breakfast was really good, and the property was in good shape. I liked thst there was an onsite dining option too after spending the day on the road. Free parking was nice to have; though, it felt a little sketchy and was a block away.

Hot Springs weekend

The hotel and room was very nice. My only complaint was there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, no hooks or towel bars. Also, the bed was extremely high and a little difficult for me to get into. However, it was very comfortable.

Booked a room through hotels.com. Had booked a king room. Upon arrival, I was given a handicap room with a queen bed. Confronted the front desk they said they overbooked and that’s the only thing they could give me unable to refund any money or anything. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and had knots in them. The motel was very clean. Some tile or laminate flooring was very sticky though. Great location to downtown Bath house. Great motel just poor customer service.
