Hotel Residence City Loft

"Das Zimmer selbst war groß und geräumig und hatte große Fenster. Das Bett war bequem. Auch die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Nur leider hat vieles im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank hatte beim 1. Bedienen einen Kurzschluss, die Toilette wackelte und war nicht richtig befestigt und der Abfluss im Waschbecken funktionierte nur sehr schlecht. Der Kühlschrank wurde nach meiner Reklamation gleich repariert. Nur leider stand die Zimmertür offen, als wir dann nachts nach Hause kamen. Diese musste umständlich mit der Zimmerkarte verschlossen werden, was vielen Gästen offensichtlich auch nicht klar war. Man sah ein paar Türen auf den Gängen, die offen standen. Auch dass das Zimmer nur mit Aufpreis täglich gereinigt wird, wusste ich vorher nicht. Für 2 Übernachtungen kann man das mal in Kauf nehmen, ist aber dennoch bei den Preisen unangebracht. "
