"Gut war:
Dass sehr freundliche Personal.
Die Heizung im Zimmer.

Nicht gut war:
Im Frühstücksraum war es bitter kalt. Am ersten Tag gab es noch einen Heizpilz - allerdings war einer für den großen Raum zu wenig. Am zweiten Tag ging das Gas aus, so dass es auch am darauffolgenden bitter kalt war, trotz Wintermantel.
Die Matratze müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht werden, da sie total durchgelegen ist. Sowie der Duschkopf. "
