The setting is amazing and the view out the deck is unbeatable. Old and rustic. We didn't have a shower curtain and slipped on the wet bathroom floor (I just had shoulder surgery). No cell and poor internet but hey you don't those anyway in this area.
First I didnât get#12 I got room #14. Taylor checked me in and was very informative of things to do around the area. We traveled to Eagle Harbor one day and the other we stay in Cooper Harbor. The problem was others around you werenât considerate of moving furniture. Or noise they made. The view of the lake was nice. There was a patio that you could sit out on. Not a lot of bugs. I wouldnât use the stove inside the place. We had a TV that didnât work. We went to the office and the Nicks came out n checked it out and we got flatscreen t that worked but we only got 5 channels. Internet was slow. Itâs hockey play offs so my husband wasnât to happy. Finally figured out for my husband to sit in one area and the internet wasnât working and it was after 6.
Room had bed with a dresser with 4 drawers. Nice size bathroom n shower.A fan I guess for the summer. When we got there the heat wasnât on and we turned it to 70 n warmed up real fast. Turned it down to 55 at night. We left and forgot to turn down the heat the next down and it felt like a furnace inside it was at 70. Outside on the deck there was 2 chairs that look like they hadnât been cleaned for awhile. Other then the stove I would definitely stay there again.
