The room we had was huge and new and very clean. There were 2 TVs, a fridge and microwave. It was convenient to Houlton without being near the busy interstate area.
We arrived late at night and the staff had arranged for us to check in independently. However we booked for 4 and there was only bedding for two. The pull out had no pillows or blankets anywhere in the room. Also the tv remote in the bedroom was missing. We left before the desk opened.
Stayed in a handicap accessible suite with Queen bed and sofa bed. Free WiFi and access to TV apps in both living room/ kitchenette and bedroom areas. Near downtown Houlton , a charming northern Maine city. We appreciate that this facility is owned and run be the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians
We booked about a half hour before our arrival because we were coming from Ft. Kent and couldnât find much. It was getting dark and I was afraid we wouldnât find a place today. This ended up being the favorite hotel of our 3 night stay. It was super clean, the staff was friendly especially the lady working Sunday night 8/18. She gave me a list of places to grab a quick dinner and even knew what time everything closed. Itâs a small place so we were able to back our car right up to the door for easy on and out.
