Phone in room didn’t work. Asked to fix it only got fixed day before we checked out. Didn’t like 50 a night for parking when we we MDA patient. One garage attendant wouldn’t help 77 yr old woman unload car. Bar in lobby not open.

I went for my partners birthday, I had a hotel decorator and the hotel staff was very friendly and made the transition very smooth to carry out the surprise. The cleaning staff were also amazing very attentive! My experience at the hotel was 10/10. My lights in my room did go out but they came back on in a timely fashion after alerting the staff. The only complaint that I have is that I used Uber’s around the city so if you are visiting I suggest getting a rental car instead of using Uber or other transportation apps because the hotel is a good ways away from downtown and some main activities. Overall I had a wonderful time, the room decor was amazing, the staff was welcoming, and I give the location of the hotel a 7/10 if your looking to enjoy downtown Houston.

had to pay $50 for valet parking per night, no self parking. valet people didnt want to deal with parking our truck so they made us park 8 minutes away so everytime we wanted to go somewhere we had to walk to the truck 8 minutes away in the heat and the rain. they never replaced our towels so we had to share the towels for 3 nights and re use them.

They charge $100 for room damages I said 3 night and had 2 room it was a 600$ deposit so be mindful they only clean your room 1 time during the whole and it’s 50$ a day for parking

Check in was a horrible experience, staff was not great. Booked early check in for 12 pm it was approved. Got there couldn’t check in until 4pm. Had to pay for parking every day we stayed there which was $54 a night. We stayed for 4 nights valet tried to charge me for 7 nights. Had to get that removed. The sheets had blood and make up stains on them had to request for change. No face towels in room. Called to front desk multiple times house keeper kept bringing dry towels then said they were out of face towels in the entire place. The area is dirty and some guy tried to wave us down to pull over. We had no choice but to park in the garage for the safety of our rental. The bar drinks were watered down and over priced. The bed also had chips in it and we did not have chips so this means it was not clean! Tried calling corporate multiple times no answer. Tried emailing them no response. I will never book this hotel again. Save your time and money.

The room had barely any tissue. Only 2 sets of towels. I called for tissue and towels and they did bring towels but no tissue. I don't agree with the whole valet thing either, I believe it should be an option. I don't like to wait a long period of time for my vehicle. Friendly staff and clean room

We were there for my husband’s appointment at MD Anderson. The front desk and valet were very friendly. The room was very clean. We did have a cheeseburger from the restaurant the first night. We had been traveling and it was late. The staff was very friendly at the restaurant too, but the cheeseburger was dry and overpriced. The only issue we had was the bed was very firm and the staff kept coming into our room without knocking for no reason. It happened 4 times. We were there for 3 nights.
