Room was not ready at check in time and had to wait 30 minutes past until I asked again if room was ready. Valet service was also slower than most valet services I’ve experienced. Possibly need more workers for busy check ins.

It was great! The hotel lived up to its reviews and rating. Workers were so welcoming and helpful. We got our room upgraded so that was a plus and they brought us complementary snacks and drinks. Overall the room was gorgeous and very clean.

I am very disappointed in the fact that we had reservations for the room at $158 and my card was charged $311. Staff was not helpful at all and everytime I have called about it, staff is rude and won't let me speak to manager at all. We chose this hotel due to it being close to my doctor and to get charged more than double what I had reserved is very unprofessional.

The hotel experience was overall good, but unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool are because it was overcrowded with teenagers. Also, the breakfast was disappointing and could use some improvement.

Check in was awful. At check in, the hotel said that my reservation was cancelled and had me pay a much higher rate to keep my room. I had 2 reservations, and one worked and one did not. The manager was rude, unhelpful and a real pain to understand and reason with. Terrible experience again when I tried to show him that Hotels.com claimed that he canceled our reservation.

Wonderfully.

An amazing experience staff was so great. I cannot wait to go back. Cleanliness was perfectionist. Staff was very helpful, kind and caring and just made me feel so much at home even though I was far away from home anytime I go to Houston. This will definitely be the spot I stay at.
