Very accomidating. Room still had somebodies sock left behind in the corner and still had wet foam under handicap bar in bathroom. But the night clerk was very accomidating.
The A/C in the room hardly worked, there was burn holes in our blanket, the floors were so dirty when I walked around barefoot the bottoms of my feet turned black, the blanket provided felt like a shower curtian
Worst place Iâve ever stayed in. This is just outdated, rooms are dirty, they smell bad, DUST EVERYWHERE, filters of the A/C are dusty, carpet smells bad, even the towels and bed sheets stained. This is just bad!!!!
I deeply regret staying at the Camelot Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences Iâve ever had. The positive reviews I read must have been written by people with a completely different definition of cleanlinessâor a very high tolerance for unclean.
The bed sheets were not only old but outright dirty, with visible stains that made me question if theyâd been changed at all. The bathroom? I wouldnât touch most surfaces without feeling the urge to sanitize afterward. The room had an overall neglected and unhygienic vibe that made me feel like I was intruding somewhere no one cared for, despite paying to stay there.
We live in 2024 and it is not hardâor expensiveâto provide clean sheets and a reasonably sanitary room. I come from Europe, where I can distinguish between something being old and something being dirty. Old is forgivable; dirty is an insult to paying customers.
I was unable to stay because I need a handicap room, and after accepting my reservation. A representative call me from Hotel.com to let me know that they didn't have accessable room & the rooms they available was going to be upstairs. I have a sister with 1 leg and could not go up stairs.
I enjoyed the stay very well. Only problem I had was the fact that we had to re-sign into the WiFi every hour. Also, i wanted to watch movies on Netflix and it would not allow me to connect. Therefore⊠I stayed 3 nights at this location and could not even watch tv.
