Definitely a must try

The hotel is beautiful and staff professional and courteous. I'm in a wheelchair and requested fully handicap accessible. The bathroom was very small so it was difficult to transfer to the commode. They didn't have handle rails by the commode to help with that. The hotel was immaculate just the air freshener was overbearing and people with stomach and sinus conditions would not tolerate that. When we were looking for the hotel it was difficult to find as the sign over the front entrance says Hilton Garden suites not Kozy suites Houston North and the street number wasn't clearly visible. I would definitely recommend this establishment and stay again with hopes they could give me a more accessible room. Like I said the staff here are phenomenal and kind.

We were in town for a funeral. I saw this hotel had great reviews. It did not disappoint. Kevin was very cordial and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I will most definitely return.

Buen dia dejo aca mi punto de vista Me ofrecieron una salida tardia gratuita porque me hospede por 5 dias pero alfinal ya no me la validaron eso estubo muy mal El hotel esta bonito y todo , tiene espacios donde se puede estar tranquilo el personal es muy amable y atento pero el hotel falta un poco mas de atencion , me hospede por 5 dias y la alberca y el jacuzzi estaba cerrado , no pude usar la lavanderia porque tenia un problema el lugar esta bonito y agradable .... Claro que volveria a hospedarme ahi espero que la proxima vez que visite todo funcione ala perfeccion le doy mi calificacion de 7 de 10 por lo antes mencionado
