The property is very nice. Two comments: It is very close to the runway/airport and flights started departing around 5am so there is the noise factor. Also, the area around Hobby is a “crummy “ neighborhood.

Barely lukewarm water in shower. Bad smell from wall heater. Apparently Hilton points expire since I opened the Hilton app and went from 110,000 points to zero. Really no reason to book at a Hilton.

Stay was nice very clean hotel only problem I had was are toilet was clogged up they did offer to send us to an early room but was already tired just stayed until 9pm they could of comp something even the early check in fee

Underwhelming…to put it mildly.

The A/C in my room barely worked & it was a hot/humid day & night. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep because I was uncomfortable. Additionally, the pillows were probably the worst I’ve ever encountered…more like bags of loose lumps of foam. Seriously, for the amount of money charged per room, customers should at least be able to sleep comfortably. After all, isn’t that a hotel’s main goal?
