Not the best, but not the worst

Hotel looks amazing on the drive up. My family arrived at 2am and there was only one entrance that was not roped off. Was given room 811 and my daughter said that the water was cold the entire time she took a shower (15 minutes). Went to ask to be moved and the front desk recommended letting the water run for awhile to which I replied my daughter took a cold shower for 15 minutes. Was moved to room 101 and the flushing power in the toilet left a lot to be desired so we had to find another bathroom in the hotel to utilize. Housekeeping kept giving me two towels when I needed three and the room was stocked originally with 4 so I had to visit the front desk every day to get towels for the room. Breakfast is in the attached restaurant (Rio Ranch) at 20/person which isn't the best deal but the breakfast was tasty. If I hadn't prepaid for breakfast for my daughter, we would have found breakfast for her outside the hotel.

Hotel has 4s star however this is worse than a 3 star. When you order food and beverage they send it to you in Togo containers, no plates, no silverware or cups I ordered dinner it came in a Togo box I ordered toast and hot tea with milk they put it in the most dirty tray and sent it in form cups and put the bread in a plastic Togo container Bathroom floors are dirty Furniture need updating Room is dark Bad pillows Not even a bottle of water in the room Has a tiny coffe maker sitting in a flimsy small stool that you can barely move a cup I won’t recommend this if you are looking for 4 star status

This did not feel like your typical Hilton. It’s very outdated & needs major renovations. Definitely would not stay here again until things are updated. The staff was friendly though.

The property is clean and well-kept, but is showing its age. The room I stayed was clean and spacious, but there was trash left in a trash can while the iron and ironing board were laid out. The chair was a bit squeaky, the lamp shade was unhinged a bit. One of the elevators was a bit clanky.

They mischarged my fiancees credit card! Took several days to reverse the charge, the room reserved through the hilton app was not ready when arrived to skip front desk. The shower tub didnt drain efficiently. The property does close some of the entrances at dark. No gift shop and no onsite laundry! It was a MEH! Hotel for a hilton brand!!

Property was not clean. Bathroom shower was extremely small no room to turn. Tub too low. Mold in bathroom. Possible camera hole in ceiling inside bathroom caused me to check out immediately when I saw it. Very very disappointed in Hilton as a big brand.
