This is my go to property every time we come in town! Always clean and peaceful! Near boardwalk and not far from shopping centers!

Hand Soap ran out and front desk had no extra. I didn't like the location of the room with it being on the first floor and next to the elevator and lobby. It caused the room to be noisy from people chattering especially when it was breakfast time. We asked for another room but wasn't allowed.

When first arrived the bathroom smelled awful. It did not smell clean at all and the toilet bowl was dirty too. There was only 2 towels in the bathroom, when we are a family of 4 and that was included in the booking. Also, each bed only had 3 very thin pillows. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn’t have any and were sent to cleaning and had not returned. I don’t know if this is what management told employees to say so they wouldn’t give more pillows out. Third, we asked for our room to be cleaned and we would tell when we returned that the carpet was not vacuumed. Lastly, we went out to the pool and it was dirty with dead bugs and leaves in the water. The tables had old cigarette butts on the trays and there were no clean towels outside. The only positive about our stay was the breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was that other guests were not respectful. Slamming doors and running down the halls. The hotel experience overall was nice, outside of that.
