I stayed 2 nights, the 1st night my tv did not have a connection. The engineer came and looked at it and said he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I didn’t hear anything else for the rest of the night! The next morning I went back down to the front desk and the young lady who is always helpful was the only one who offered to switch my room. Now I’ve been charged 150 twice after my check out due to incidentals I have. Why if my card was charged at check in for incidentals is it charged again at checkout? This is my 2nd stay and I am just frustrated at this point.

The staff was amazing! There was a young lady named Zerena and she was so polite, helpful, and just made our stay so much easier! Then there was a gentleman at the front desk, and I'm sorry I do not remember his name. But he had the most amazing customer service that I've seen in a long time!
