Good: location, room cleanness, breakfast, parking. Can do better: better information at check in. We had to consistently ask questions for information that was not provided by the front desk. Like breakfast availability and times, check out times, additional fees, sending or emailing a receipt once checkout is complete. Overall, good place to stay.

Very nice hotel, located in a great area near walkable locations for eating, sightseeing, and shopping. The room was nice and spacious, bed and pillow got a 8/10 for me. Breakfast was included with the booking which we took advantage of (it was pretty good and filling). You do have to pay nightly for parking if you choose to bring your own vehicle or rent one (I think it was $28 a night). Overall, I had a great experience and the staffs were respectful and kind. I was happy to see they had Dove products in the bathroom. This was the first time I used a hotels bathroom bodywash.

I messaged 3 times about a high floor. No one returned message. When I got there and stayed no one answered the response was it probably wasn't one. Did not like that remark. It could've been answered differently or apologized for no one responding. Will not stay here again.

Room was clean but Too much street noise for Saturday AM...awakened several times. Only one checkin attendant so it took 20min to check in...instructions regarding elevator location, WIFI, parking garage ingress and egress and free breakfast were not as clear as they should have been. Room temperature thermostat adjustment was slow. Breakfast was hot and some variety but not great.
